Reception

2x cams / 24 fps / Record external audio.

Keep your B CAM wide.

Use a light for speeches & dances if necessary.

Don’t stop recording during the speeches, dances (including hora), entrances,

cake cutting, unless batteries need to be changed.

Cocktail hour:

Wides, over the shoulders, & close ups of guests laughing, cheersing, hugging, celebrating...etc

Cake:

Get a shot before it’s cut. Get a closeup shot of them cutting it then pan up to get the cake eating/kiss.

In addition to getting candid mediums, if you see a funny dance move, go gesture to the dancer to do it again.
