All done editing?

Uploading the deliverables

  • In the original project email I sent you (with the subject line, “New Project for you: Date- Couples Names”), you’ll find an upload link. The upload link will lead you to a parent folder for the project.

  • Make sure the files are labeled correctly.

    1. Highlight

    2. No music Highlight

    3. Long Highlight

    4. Vertical Teaser

    5. Ceremony Reel

    6. Reception Reel

    7. Feature

    8. Raw footage file (1,2,3…etc.)

  • The parent folder will have the following two subfolders:

    1. Client name_edits

    2. Client name_raw

    Please upload the highlight(s), Teaser(s), Ceremony + reception reels, feature(s), etc… into the “Clientname_edits” subfolder.

    Please upload the compressed raw footage file(s) into the “Clientname_raw” subfolder.

  • Shoot me an email when the videos are fully uploaded and ready.

One last note:

Tell me everything! If the videographer didn’t capture everything they were supposed to or if they did a great job or if something doesn’t look right, or the music is an odd choice or something doesn’t make sense, I want to know all about it. Include everything in that email.
