Step 1: Backup the Footage

Step 2: Double check that the backed up media is the same size (in GB's) as the media on your cards.

Step 3: Organize & label your media correctly.

• Create a parent folder labeled, "Wedding date_your name_role"

  • Example: 01_31_2024_BennySloaneymacaroni_leadvideo

  • Subfolders= "Card A, Card B, Card C...etc."

• Please back up your footage until 4 months after the wedding date.

Step 4: Upload the footage to the upload link.

• You may also use your own dropbox- whichever is easiest for you.

Step 5: Double check that everything was uploaded with the view only link.

Step 6: Fill out the Post-wedding form.

• If steps 1-6 are finished by the Wednesday after your wedding, expect payment to get processed on the Friday after your wedding:)
