Getting paid & Delivery
Follow the 6 easy steps below.
Step 1: Backup the Footage.
Clicking & drag media from your camera to your harddrive!
Step 2: Double check the size.
Cross reference the size of the files (gb’s) in your camera and the backed up media from step 1. Make sure they are the same number.
Step 3: Organize & label your media correctly.
Create a parent folder labeled, "Wedding date_your name_role"
Example: 01_31_2024_BennySloaneyMacaroni_leadvideo
Subfolders= "Card A, Card B, Card C...etc."
Please back up your footage until 4 months after the wedding date.
Step 4: Upload the footage to the link provided.
You should have received an upload link in your email.
You may also use your own dropbox- whichever is easiest for you :)
Step 5: Final check with the view only link.
You should have received a view only link in your email.
Check to make sure everything was uploaded.
Step 6: Fill out the Post-wedding form.
You should have received a Post wedding form in your email.
If steps 1-6 are finished by the Wednesday after your wedding, expect payment to get processed on the Friday after your wedding.
