Lighting Tip: Turn off over head lights and move subjects next to a window to ensure all the shots are direct so that all of the action

Overview: Please capture the full ceremony from processional to recessional.

Camera Placement Tip:‍ ‍During the processional, guests will usually stand up. So make sure to find a spot for your camera that will have a clear view of the groom’s reaction even if people stand up.

Overview: Please capture b-roll of signage, decor, venue and celebratory b-roll of the cocktail hour and open dance floor. In addition, please capture the full speeches, special dances, grand entrances, cake cutting and any other important traditions.

Tip: Make sure to check in with the lead videographer so that you are capturing a different angle of the action.

Bonus Tip: check in with the photographer as well to make sure you are not in their shot.
